Yes, all General Contractors and Subcontractors must be registered. The application fee is $50.
If you are homesteaded you are not required to fill out a contract registration and can do the work yourself. Documentation may be required if your information is not listed on the Appraisal District.

All permits take 10 business days to review. If you are missing information or are required to adjust your plans according to the Code of Ordinances then you will be notified through iWorQ.
No work may commence until the building permit has been issued. If work has started before the issuance of the building permit the Applicant will be subjected to additional fees.

Once a complaint has been received, Staff will investigate the complaint to see if there are any code violations. If the complaint is found to be violating code the City will go through the requisite process to rectify the issue.

The following contests will be held at Justin Fall Fest: Pumpkin Carving Contest, Pumpkin Dessert Contest and Dog Costume Contest. The pumpkin carving and pumpkin dessert contest submissions will take place before Saturday, October 2. Details on entering can be found at cityofjustin.com/fallfest.
