Learn more about the Citizen Request in the iWorQ Portal today. This is a new feature under the Public Works Department tab that is available for citizens to submit a complaint/request to the City of Justin. The citizen request allows you to select a request type from the options provided including a description of the issue, the location of the issue, and an option to attach photos. Lastly, the portal allows you to view the status of pending and existing citizen requests.
