Stage 1 Water Watch

DROUGHT CONTINGENCY ALERT
TO ALL CUSTOMERS IN THE CITY OF JUSTIN

The lack of meaningful rainfall and continued high temperatures are leading to high water use among City of Justin. City of Justin is initiating Stage 1- Water Watch of its Drought Contingency Plan. All customers are required to follow these restrictions.

• Limit outdoor watering with automatic system or hose-end sprinklers to no more than two times per week.
• Prohibit outdoor watering with automatic irrigation system or hose-end sprinklers from 10 a.m.to 6p.m.
• Restrict washing of any motor vehicle to the use of a hand-held bucket or a hand-held hose equipped with a positive shut-off nozzle for quick rinses. Vehicle washing may be done at any time on the immediate premises of a commercial car wash facility or commercial services station. Companies with an automated-on site vehicles washing facility may wash its vehicles at any time.
