To set up a utility account, please bring the items listed below to 415 N College Ave. Justin, TX, 76247. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Utility Billing Department at 940-648-2541 or utility_billing@cityofjustin.com 

*All completed forms can be submitted to utility_billing@cityofjustin.com.*

Purchased Home

Documents Required

  • Application for New Service
  • Valid Photo ID
  • Deposit of $150.00 ($50.00 if 65 or older) – All forms of payment are acceptable. 
  • *Lease/Closing Documents subject to request from City Staff.

Rental Home

Documents Required

*Rental Certificate of Occupancy must be filled out by the landlord, submitted to the city’s Code Enforcement Officer, and paid BEFORE the tenant may set up water service. The inspection for the RCO must be scheduled and completed within 30 days to keep water service from being interrupted. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the Renter’s Certificate of Occupancy or the inspection process, please contact code@cityofjustin.com.

Commercial Properties
