Notice is hereby given that the City of Justin Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing for a Zone Change request (Case # ZC 19-01) of Tract 1, Abstract 207 in the F. Borden Survey of approximately 2.72ac located on the north-west corner of FM 156 and Hardeman Blvd. from General Business (GB) to GB-Planned Development (PD) to allow a mini-storage building and land use.

This is a request by Barthold Estates, Ltd., represented by Crannell Engineering, in order to develop a mini self-storage facility. Exhibits and maps are available to the public at Justin City Hall.

Interested persons are encouraged to attend the Planning & Zoning Commission meeting. Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Justin, Texas will hold a public hearing for a Zone Change request (Case # ZC 19-01) of Tract 1, Abstract 207 in the F. Borden Survey of approximately 2.72ac located at north-west corner of FM 156 and Hardeman Blvd. to be changed from General Business (GB) to Planned Development (PD) based on General Business on Monday, April 22th, 2019 at 7:00 pm.  The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 415 N. College, Justin, Texas, 76247.

This is a City initiated rezone request. Exhibits and maps are available to the public at Justin City Hall.
