Holiday grease round up

Used grease and oil doesn’t belong down the drain!  Bring the used grease and oil from your Thanksgiving meal to us instead!  The City of Lewisville and Upper Trinity Regional Water District are partnering in the 2016 Holiday Grease Roundup as part of the North Texas regional ‘Cease the Grease’ program.

Grease and oil can clog pipes and cause sewer backups when itcools and solidifies, potentially leading to health issues in your home and water quality problems in nearby streams and lakes.

Any Denton County resident can bring their used cooking oil and grease to the Public Services Complex in Lewisville to recycle it for free.

Lewisville, TX 75057

Dates:November 28 – December 3
